Garage cleanout in Aventura, the local version
Almost nobody in Aventura has a garage in the way most of Miami-Dade means it, since the city is close to entirely condo towers. What fills up here instead is a storage cage on the parking level, a small condo storage unit down the hall from the unit itself, or, if you are in one of the Williams Island townhomes, an actual attached garage that fills up the way any house garage does.
A storage cage tends to hold the same things a garage would elsewhere: old luggage, holiday decorations, a bike nobody rides anymore, and paint cans and tools left over from a past renovation. Paint and chemicals are fine to include as long as you mention them ahead of time, though anything hazardous like a sealed drum is not something we take. A townhome garage fills up the same way a house's does, just on a smaller footprint, with the same mix of things nobody has sorted through in years.
Tell us whether you are clearing a storage cage, a condo storage unit or an actual garage, and send photos of everything in the space rather than just what is stacked near the front. We get you one price to approve, a licensed, insured hauler works to the loading dock or elevator window you book with the building, and payment happens by Zelle, card or check once the space is fully empty, not before. There is no separate fee just to book the visit.
- I don't have a garage. Do you still clean out storage cages?
- Yes. A parking-level storage cage or a condo storage unit is the usual version of this job in Aventura, and it works the same way as a garage cleanout: send photos of what is in it and we get you one price.
- Can you clear a Williams Island townhome garage?
- Yes. Townhome garages here fill up the same way a house garage does, with tools, boxes and things left from past renovations. Send photos of the space and we handle it like any other garage cleanout, hauler included.
- Do you take paint cans and old tools from a storage unit?
- Yes, dried-out paint cans and tools are fine. If any paint or chemicals are still liquid, tell us before the crew arrives so it gets handled correctly rather than turning into a surprise on pickup day.
What we take
- Shelving and storage units
- Boxes and totes
- Old furniture
- Tools and toolboxes
- Bikes and bike racks
- Exercise equipment
- Paint cans and chemicals
- Holiday decorations
- Yard and patio gear
Tell us about paint, chemicals, or batteries in your photos so the crew handles them correctly. We do not take asbestos, sealed drums, ammunition, or other hazardous waste. If your garage has a loft or overhead storage rack, mention it so the price accounts for what is up there, not just floor level.
