WHY WE BUILT THIS

Junk removal is one of those trades where getting a straight answer is harder than it should be. The first page of search results is full of lead sellers who don’t haul anything themselves, and the price you hear on the phone is rarely the price you pay at the curb.

JunkZipp is built by people with 30+ years in Miami-Dade junk removal to fix that: a real price up front, in writing, from somebody who looked at your photos, and a hauling company we approved, with its license and insurance on file, that shows up for it.

SECTION 02

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BOOK

You send photos of the pile, the couch or the garage, plus your zip and a note about access (stairs, elevator, gated lot). A person at JunkZipp looks at the photos and sends back one price for the whole job: labor, the truck, dump fees and tax. The estimate is free, and nothing is booked or owed until you approve it.

Once you approve, the job goes out to the approved haulers who work with us and the first one free takes it. You get their name and number, and in the JunkZipp app you can follow the truck on the way. If there turns out to be more than the photos showed, the hauler sends a photo and a new price for you to approve first. It never changes without your yes.

Anything that can be donated or recycled goes there first; the rest goes to a permitted transfer station, not a vacant lot.

SECTION 03

WHO YOU PAY

You pay JunkZipp, and only once the load is gone: Zelle, card over the phone, or check. The crew never takes money at your door. JunkZipp pays the hauler their share, so there is nothing to negotiate with anybody on the day.
