You already know how to do the job. The hard part is finding people who need it done. We do that part, price it from the customer's photos and get their approval. You show up, load the truck, and JunkZipp pays you.
WHAT YOU GET PAID.
75% of the price
Every job is priced from the customer's photos, one at a time, and approved by them before it reaches you. Whatever that number is, three quarters of it is yours: the load, the extras, the stairs, a change the customer approves on the day.
Paid by JunkZipp, not the customer
You never handle the customer's money. The customer pays JunkZipp when the load is out; your share goes on your owed list and JunkZipp settles it, normally weekly, by Zelle or check (agreed with you at approval). The app shows owed and paid at all times.
+$20 when a job sits
If nobody takes a job in the first round we add a bonus on top of your share to get it moving. That comes out of our end, not the customer's and not yours.
Our quarter goes on the advertising that produced the customer, pricing every pile by hand, and answering the phone at seven in the morning.

A push notification, plus an email, with your share, the photos, the area and the time. Not the address yet, and not the customer's number.

Every online hauler got the same message at the same second, so it is first come, first served. Tap it and it is yours.

YOU GET THE ADDRESS
Address, customer name and phone number, gate codes, stairs, everything they told us. Tap through to maps and go.

YOU LOAD IT AND TAP DONE
Take the after photo and close the job in the app. JunkZipp bills the customer and your share lands on the next settlement. No invoicing, no chasing anybody for money, no cash in your pocket that isn't yours.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We tell customers every hauler is licensed and insured, so we have to be able to prove it. Four things, once.
General liability insurance
Current certificate on file with us. We check the expiry date, and an expired certificate takes you out of dispatch until you send the new one.

Number and expiry on file, same rules.
The Hauler Agreement
Independent contractor, you never take money from the customer (they pay JunkZipp, JunkZipp pays you), no renegotiating on the doorstep, and no taking our customers off-platform. One tick on your application; read it first at /haulers/agreement.
The app on your phone
Offers, the address, navigation, the after photo and closing the job all happen in it. Keep notifications on while you are marked available or offers will pass you by.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
- What does it cost me?
- Nothing. There is no membership, no monthly fee, no lead fee and no charge for turning a job down. We only make money when you make money, out of the difference between what the customer pays and what you get.
- How do I get jobs?
- We advertise, answer the phone and take the booking. The customer sends photos, we put a price on them, and once they approve it every online hauler in Miami-Dade gets the offer in the app at the same second, with the neighborhood so you can judge the drive. First one to tap accept gets it. Nobody is ahead of you in a queue you cannot see.
- When do I get paid?
- By JunkZipp, never by the customer. You close the job with an after photo, the customer pays JunkZipp, and your share goes on your owed list. JunkZipp settles what it owes you, normally weekly, by Zelle or check: we agree which with you when you are approved. The app shows what you are owed and what has been paid at all times. You never handle the customer's money.
- What if there's more junk than the customer said?
- Do not argue about it in the driveway. Open the job, photograph what is actually there, and send a new price through the app. The customer approves it on their phone. If they say no, you take exactly what was in the original photos at the original price, and that is the end of it.
- Do I have to take every job?
- No. Pass on anything you do not want. Passing costs you nothing and does not affect what you get offered next. What we do watch is accepting a job and then dropping it, because a customer was promised a truck.
- Whose customer is it?
- Ours. You are welcome to be brilliant and have them ask for you by name, but you agree not to take a JunkZipp customer's next job directly off the platform. That is the deal that keeps the leads free.
- Can I still run my own jobs?
- Of course. You are an independent business, not an employee. Take our work when it suits you, switch yourself offline when it does not.
